Volgren Australia Pty Ltd in Dandenong is seeking a Key Account Manager for our Aftersales facility. You will be the commercial contact for service requirements, repairs, product support and warranty services, driving workshop activity and managing service contracts end to end.
You will maintain robust relationships with key service accounts, monitor SLA performance and coordinate with Workshop, Warranty and Planning teams to convert inquiries into quotes and bookings.
