Aegis Carrington in Hamilton Hill, WA, seeks an experienced Facility Manager to lead daily operations of the residential aged care facility. You will drive clinical excellence, governance, compliance with Aegis standards, and the resident experience, reporting to the CEO.

You will manage budgets, develop annual plans, lead multidisciplinary teams, coach staff, and model the values that underpin high-quality care and service delivery in a senior leadership role.
