Talent is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to drive an HRIS transformation focused on Core HR and Workforce/Position Management. You will lead requirements gathering, document AS-IS/TO-BE processes, and develop BRDs and process maps for a major HR tech program.

You will work with P&C;, Technology and vendors, support UAT and go-live activities, and contribute to future HRIS releases across multiple platforms such as HiBob, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors or ELMO.
