About the Role

3Bridges is seeking an experienced and adaptableMulti-Site Lead (OSHC) to join our growing Out of School Hours Care leadership team. This position will have a primary home OSHC service, where the successful candidate will provide leadership, mentoring, operational support and service oversight. In addition, the role acts as afloating Multi-Site Lead , providing support across multiple OSHC services throughout Sydney as operational needs arise.

Penshurst Community Centre will serve as the administration and reporting base for the role. Regular travel across Sydney and surrounding suburbs is an essential requirement.

This is a highly visible operational leadership role requiring regular on-floor engagement with children, educators and service teams. The successful candidate will be expected to step into ratio when required, support service delivery, mentor educators through practice, and provide hands on leadership across services.

Working collaboratively alongside fellow Multi-Site Leads, Educational Program Leads and Program Coordinators, this role provides additional leadership capacity, service support, leave coverage, mentoring and quality improvement assistance across the network.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support your primary home service.
- Act as Nominated Supervisor/Responsible Person when required.
- Provide operational support across OSHC services in Sydney.




- Promote child safe practices in line with NSW standards and 3Bridges policies.
- Work directly with children and educators, including stepping into ratio when needed.
- Mentor coordinators, program leads and educators.
- Support compliance, quality improvement and Assessment & Rating preparation.
- Provide leave coverage and strengthen service quality and performance.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, schools and stakeholders.
- Support incident management, service transitions and organisational projects.

Working Environment

- Primary home service plus travel across Sydney.
- Administration and reporting base: Penshurst Community Centre.
- Mix of leadership, administration, mentoring and on-floor support.
- Flexibility to step into ratio and support multiple regions as needed.

About You

You are a hands on leader who enjoys supporting children, families and educators while leading service operations. You thrive in dynamic environments, support multiple teams and build capability across OSHC services. You lead through visibility, collaboration and mentoring.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

- Diploma in School Age Education and Care, Children’s Services, Early Childhood Education and Care,



or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
- At least 2 years’ leadership experience in OSHC, education, childcare, community or youth services.
- National Child Safety Training and experience as a Nominated Supervisor.
- Experience in Assessment & Rating, compliance, quality improvement and service operations.
- Strong knowledge of NQF, NQS, National Regulations, Child Safe Standards and My Time, Our Place.
- Current NSW WWCC, First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis, and unrestricted driver’s licence.
- Ability to travel regularly across Sydney and surrounding suburbs.
