Role: Salesforce Business Analyst

Location: Sydney

Responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize requirements.
- Translate business processes into detailed user stories , acceptance criteria, and functional designs.
- Analyze and recommend solutions leveraging PSS data models , Experience Cloud portals , FSL scheduling , and Salesforce Shield security features .
- Support solution architects and developers with clarifications during design and build.
- Conduct system demos, UAT support, and training sessions with business users.
- Ensure solutions comply with public sector standards , security, and governance requirements.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams, business units, and end users.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8-10+ years of Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant experience.




- Hands-on knowledge of Public Sector Solutions and government processes.
- Familiarity with Experience Cloud (community/portal use cases), FSL (workforce/service management), and Shield (encryption, monitoring, compliance).
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management.
- Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator certification preferred; PSS/Experience Cloud certification a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in large-scale public sector transformation programs .
- Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) and backlog management tools (Jira, ADO).
- Robust communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
