Brotherhood of St Laurence (BSL) in Fitzroy, VIC, seeks a seasoned People & Culture Business Partnering Lead to guide the HR Business Partnering team and shape the people services strategy. This permanent full time role offers a base salary of $125,000–$140,000 plus a $13,000 vehicle allowance, 12% super, and generous salary packaging.

You will lead a team of HR BPs, Advisors and Coordinators, partner with senior leaders, drive workforce planning, governance, and employee experience improvements
