Egis is seeking a passionate Technical Support Lead to shape the technology experience across our Brisbane operations. This hands-on leadership role goes beyond support, partnering with stakeholders to solve challenges and drive improvements while providing advanced Level 2/3 technical support.

You will own IT support across four Brisbane offices, champion continuous improvement, manage IT budgets, and build BI dashboards to track performance.
