Rippling is seeking a customer-obsessed Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Global TAM team in Sydney. You will collaborate with rapidly scaling global customers to understand needs, demonstrate solutions, and drive adoption of Rippling’s product suite.
As the dedicated liaison, you will own admin relationships, build long-term champions, develop account strategy, and ensure an exceptional customer experience while working in a hybrid mode with 3 days per week in our Sydney office.
