Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Change Manager to lead Crew change initiatives across a matrix organisation in Sydney. You will partner with Crew Leads, Product Owners, and senior stakeholders to design, execute and embed change interventions aligned with agile ways of working.

The role focuses on stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and end-to-end change delivery. It provides a 12-month secondment for internal candidates or a 12-month maximum term contract for external candidates,
