HammondCare is seeking a Project & Partnerships Specialist to lead the Foundation’s funded project portfolio and grow strategic partnerships with Trusts, Foundations, corporates and philanthropists. You’ll work with the Head of Foundation & Innovation to move ideas through design, funding and impact, while expanding partnerships over time.
The role is permanent full time, based at our Head Office in St Leonards, NSW, with hybrid working options and opportunities for professional development.
