Our client, a prominent investment firm founded in 2019, is seeking an experienced Quant Trader to join their team. The firm manages a licensed and audited master fund, serving investors across over 25 countries, and employs a scientific approach to directional investing aimed at achieving absolute returns across market cycles.

Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development: Create trading strategies that aim to outperform Bitcoin.
2. Backtesting and Validation: Conduct comprehensive backtesting and validation of strategies before deploying them with live capital.
3. Model and Indicator Creation: Build models, indicators, and signals to enhance trading effectiveness.
4. Data Management: Work with real-time data to inform trading decisions and manage capital effectively.

Qualifications





- At least 2 years of experience in quant trading, preferably in crypto or equities.
- Proficiency in Python is essential.
- Demonstrated success through a proven backtest or live PnL record.
- Strong analytical thinking and creativity in developing creative trading strategies.
- Preferred: Experience in cryptocurrency trading, machine learning, or a scientific background.
