About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Building Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day site operations across multiple housing projects. This role is perfect for a hands‑on qualified who thrives on coordinating trades, maintaining build quality, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise daily on‑site construction activities
- Coordinate and schedule trades, deliveries, and subcontractors
- Ensure all work is completed to company standards and building codes
- Monitor project timelines and progress
- Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and safety audits
- Resolve on‑site issues promptly to avoid delays
- Communicate effectively with trades,



suppliers, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate site documentation and reporting

About You

- Previous experience as a Building Supervisor (residential preferred)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and OH&S; requirements
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Trade qualification or building/construction background preferred
