As a full-time Junior Production Supervisor, you will be trained to manage the day-to-day operations of our production floor, ensuring the efficient and effective delivery of our products and services.
This position is based in Cabramatta NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand manufacturing process of the product
- Support daily production operations and supervise production staff
- Assist with production planning, scheduling, and meeting daily targets
- Provide guidance and on-the-job support to production team members
- Assist with training and onboarding of new staff
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Bilingual in Chinese and English
- No experiences required , but preferably in the construction and manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and critical thinking skills
- Exceptional communication, leadership and people management skills
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
