Osborne Richardson Australia is partnering with EC Throsby to appoint a Group Manager - People & Culture for two sites in the Hunter Valley region. The role leads end-to-end HR, IR, recruitment, wellness and injury management programs in a fast-paced, industrial environment.

The successful candidate will have 7+ years in senior P&C; leadership, solid EA negotiation experience, and deep knowledge of the Fair Work Act and modern awards.
