A leading communications and technology contractor is looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to join its team near Tullamarine Airport.

The Role

Reporting to the Service & Systems Manager, you'll be at the centre of the operation, coordinating between clients, technicians, engineers, suppliers and Managed Service Providers.

You’ll:

- Manage Service Desk tickets from logging through to resolution.
- Provide Level 1 technical support and escalated complex issues.
- Coordinate technicians,



suppliers and external service providers.
- Assist with preventative and corrective maintenance.
- Maintain service records, procedures and documentation.
- Ensure tickets are progressed within agreed SLA requirements .
- Support out-of-hours service coordination when required.
- Work with Operations and Engineering to improve service delivery.

What We're Looking For

- IT Support, Service Desk, service coordination or similar experience.
- Strong troubleshooting, organisation and communication skills.
- Experience with ticketing/service management systems — Jira preferred .
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach.
- Someone who wants to build a career beyond traditional IT support .
