We are seeking a capable and motivated Communications Officer to provide communication and stakeholder engagement support across planning, pre‑construction, and construction projects. This role supports the delivery of infrastructure programs and contributes to meeting communication and stakeholder engagement commitments. All project and stakeholder information is managed in line with privacy and confidentiality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide stakeholder engagement support for low‑risk infrastructure projects
- Develop and maintain project webpages, analytics reports, and updates
- Develop and manage internal communication webpages
- Prepare and distribute project flyers and other communication materials
- Draft communication responses for low‑level stakeholder enquiries
- Manage correspondence trackers and registers
- Source stakeholder contact details and property information,



and maintain records in spreadsheets and stakeholder management systems
- Assist with or attend stakeholder meetings with senior engagement officers
- Respond to enquiries received through a dedicated contact line

About You

You will have strong written communication skills and the ability to produce explicit, accurate, and audience‑appropriate materials. You will be organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while supporting broader team priorities. Experience in stakeholder engagement or government communications is required for qualified candidates.
