Shadforths Civil Contractors is seeking a Leading Hand to join our Ipswich-based team in Queensland. Reporting to the Foreman, you will lead a small crew and subcontractors to deliver earthworks, roadworks and civils in the West Brisbane region, ensuring quality and safety on site.
You will read and interpret construction plans, manage resources and promote a positive team culture while meeting project specifications.
