Base pay range

A$80,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr

Join a team maintaining and enhancing a mature PHP application that was originally built on Laravel. This is a backend-focused role, your primary responsibility would be improving legacy code, addressing technical debt, and delivering current features.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and extend a large-scale PHP/Laravel application.
- Collaborate with engineers, QA, and product managers in an Agile/SCRUM environment.
- Own tasks end-to-end with clear communication and accountability.




- Contribute to quarterly releases and continuous improvement efforts.
- Frontend (for context): Angular, React
- Cloud: AWS (basic understanding required)

What We’re Looking For

- Strong PHP and Laravel experience.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented design and patterns.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable working on legacy systems and improving structure over time.
- Someone from a product based environment who has delivered robust features and products end to end.
