Recruitment Consultant - Project Services & Product

We’re partnering with a leading retail & eCommerce brand, looking for an experienced SEM Specialist to take ownership of performance, optimisation and growth across their search channels.

In this role, you will:

- Own budgets, pacing, forecasting and performance reporting
- Lead bid management, campaign optimisation and account structure
- Manage Shopping feeds, Merchant Centre and Performance Max activity
- Support product launches, promotions and always-on activity
- Analyse results, share insights and drive continuous test‑and‑learn
- Partner with internal teams and platform reps to lift overall channel capability

What you’ll bring:





- 2+ years hands‑on SEM experience in high‑volume environments
- Strong experience with Google Ads/SA360, Shopping and PMax
- Background in retail or eCommerce ideal
- Highly analytical, detail‑driven and confident with attribution & analytics tools
- Organised, curious and comfortable working in a quick‑paced, data‑led team
