PetSure is seeking a Claims Advisor to manage complex veterinary claims through to resolution, working with vets, clinics and the GapOnly team. You’ll gather information, assess claims and support real-time GapOnly assessments in a hybrid Chatswood-based setup.
You will apply veterinary knowledge and solid problem-solving and customer-service skills to deliver accurate outcomes and improve the claims experience for pet parents, clinics and insurers.
