You’resomeone who:
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, identifying root causes and delivering practical, sustainable solutions.
- Translates strategy into successful projects and programs, with clear governance, accountability and risk management.
- Applies strong business and commercial acumen to maximise value, manage expenditure and make sound commercial decisions.
- Builds trusted relationships and uses strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills to achieve outcomes with diverse stakeholders.
- Is adaptable and outcomes-focused, embracing current approaches, managing change and connecting work to broader organisational and community outcomes.
- Tertiary degree in business,
commerce or law; or extensive experience managing public private partnership contracts or other high value / high risk contracts (mandatory).
- Experience in complex operational environments.
