Information Technology Project Coordinator
We’re seeking a hands‑on PMO Coordinator to support a Project Manager in delivering a core ERP implementation within a medium‑sized business.
This is a practical coordination role focused on governance, reporting, and day‑to‑day delivery support.
What you’ll be doing
- Support the Project Manager with plans, RAID, actions, and reporting
- Track milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Coordinate meetings, documentation, and follow‑ups
- Assist with budgets, forecasts, and vendor invoices
What we’re looking for
- Experience as a PMO or Project Coordinator
- Exposure to ERP or enterprise system projects
- Solid attention to detail and delivery mindset
