Elephant Room is a performance marketing agency working exclusively with retail brands, with a team of 40 digital specialists serving clients including AJE Group, Bed Threads, Assembly Label, Go-To Skincare and Ksubi. We're growing our Paid Media team from six to seven Paid Media Managers and Specialists, and are looking for a Paid Media Manager with a strong focus on social media to own campaigns across an allocated client portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Build and manage ad campaigns across your allocated clients on all paid social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
- Manage campaign performance: objective optimisations, audience targeting, ad creative changes, bid pacing, exclusions, budget changes, split tests, data feed optimisation
- Own client budgets and establish current ratios and splits by objective, placement and platform
- Propose and implement optimisation strategies across all paid media channels
- Test new strategy, tactics and platform features
- Partner with the measurement team on incremental uplift of advertising changes




- Educate internal stakeholders on the latest platform initiatives and product changes
- Coordinate a remote team of paid media specialists
- Support quarterly business reviews and fortnightly meetings, reporting on clicks, impressions, spend and revenue

What we're looking for

- 2+ years of experience as a Paid Media Specialist, with ambition to grow skills across Facebook Business Manager, TikTok, Snapchat or Pinterest ads
- Experience creating paid social media strategies that align with client objectives
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using and managing data in Excel or Google Sheets
- Ability to connect with a range of stakeholders and build positive relationships
- Ability to think and solve problems creatively
- A genuine passion for ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands
- Based in Sydney or Adelaide with Australian working rights
