City of Whittlesea is seeking a Supported Playgroup Facilitator to plan and run playgroups for families with children from birth to 5 years, including Smalltalk strategies and in-home support when required. You will support vulnerable families, develop engaging activities, build referral pathways, and collect data to evaluate outcomes in a team with adaptable, hybrid working arrangements.
Permanent roles are available: 4 days or 3 days per week.
