Dementia Support Australia is seeking a Dementia Centre Coach to support people living with dementia as they transition from hospital settings back to home or residential care. This fixed-term contract runs until June 2028 and is based in our Hervey Bay office, Queensland.

The role offers qualified growth within a new project and a flexible hybrid work arrangement in a friendly team, with travel intrastate as required.
