MacKillop Family Services in Preston, VIC, seeks an Assistant House Supervisor to lead a therapeutic care team in our OOHC program. You will support day-to-day home operations, ensuring safe, nurturing care and empowering young people to thrive within a structured residential setting.

Reporting to the Residential Care Coordinator, the role blends hands-on leadership with meaningful work helping young people build resilience and belonging. We are recruiting 1x Full time, based in Preston, VIC.
