TURSA Employment and Training – Lismore NSW is seeking an Employment Adviser (EA) to support participants on their journey back to work from our Lismore site. This permanent full-time role may be versatile to part-time for the right candidate.

Your responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, helping participants overcome barriers to employment, linking with community services, ensuring compliance, sourcing jobs, and offering post-placement support.
