Carpentaria is seeking a dedicated House Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of a residential Out of Home Care house in Darwin. You will provide safe, therapeutic and culturally responsive care for children and young people, working on-site with the team to model practice and ensure alignment with each young person’s needs and routines.
The ideal candidate will hold relevant qualifications, have OOHC experience, and demonstrate solid team leadership while applying trauma-informed care
