Adaptalift Group has been appointed as a major national dealer for JCB construction, agricultural and industrial equipment in Australia , combining our extensive national service network with JCB's globally recognised product range.
About The Role
This is a hands-on, field-based role where you'll provide breakdown support, diagnostics, servicing and preventative maintenance across JCB construction, agricultural and industrial equipment. With approximately 90% of your time spent in the field , you'll work directly with customers across the region while being supported by our experienced supervisors, technical specialists and national coordination team. You'll also be equipped with a fully maintained service vehicle, modern tooling and mobile technology to effectively manage your day.
What You'll Be Doing
- Diagnosing and repairing equipment breakdowns in the field
- Completing scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
- Fault finding across mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems
- Carrying out repairs and component replacements
- Working directly with customers to provide safe and professional service
- Collaborating with technical teams on complex repairs and diagnostics

About You
- Relevant Mechanical Trade Qualification
- Experience with heavy commercial vehicles, mobile plant, construction, agricultural or materials handling equipment
- Strong mechanical, hydraulic and electrical diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- OEM/dealership or JCB experience advantageous
- Current Australian driver's licence and full working rights
- Ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol screening
