Job Summary

As Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in developing Domain's organic social strategy across our Facebook, Instagram, Youtube and TikTok. You'll be responsible for showcasing editorial content - from articles to videos - and transforming them into platform-and-performance-first engaging social content.

Reporting into the Head of Content Production and working in the Social & Video team, you'll be integral in shaping our platform strategies. You'll provide guidance on social best practice to your team and beyond - helping our team of journalists and video producers maximise performance daily.

You'll be the primary contact for our external partners at Meta, TikTok, Google, Hootsuite and agencies. Taking learnings from them and ensuring the team are always operating to best social practice.

You'll be proactive and deeply plugged into the media cycles - creating trends instead of jumping on established ones. You'll be an integral inspiration to the Video specialists in the team, working with the Production Manager to develop industry-leading content for social.

Responsibilities

- Producing, scheduling and monitoring our daily always-on social content across Domain, Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Allhomes and Domain for Agents.
- Conceptualising and implementing social tactics to optimise performance towards our team and company KPIs.
- Regular, insight-based reporting to the wider company on the value of social media in the marketing mix.
- Co-responsibility with the team's Production Manager on the production of consistent, engaging video content to fuel our platform strategies.
- Working with the Marketing team on campaign activation - from seasonal campaigns, product launches, and paid social creative production.

About You

- Bachelor's degree in journalism, Media, Marketing or Communications.
- 7+ years of experience in a social media role, particularly with a focus on organic social media content creation.
- Deep, always-evolving understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube platforms. Best-practice, trends and reporting in particular.
- Experience using Hootsuite, social listening tools, or other brand equivalents.
- Video production skills are highly favored.
- Graphic design skills and Canva experience are highly favored.
- Experience working with editorial teams or within a publishing department highly favored.

Expression of Interest - Structural, Civil, Mechanical & Electrical Engineers

Location: Adelaide, South Australia

KBR is growing its Adelaide operations and delivering a strong pipeline of projects across Water, Defence and Resources sectors. We are seeking expressions of interest from talented and motivated Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Structural, Engineers to join our team.

These opportunities will see you working on complex infrastructure and capital projects, contributing to the successful delivery of critical programs that support Australia's future.

Key Responsibilities

- Supporting the planning, design and delivery of engineering projects across Water, Defence and Resources sectors
- Developing engineering designs, calculations, specifications and technical documentation
- Collaborating within multidisciplinary project teams to deliver integrated engineering solutions
- Participating in design reviews, risk assessments and constructability reviews
- Providing technical input throughout project lifecycle phases, from concept through to detailed design and delivery
- Ensuring compliance with relevant standards, client requirements and safety obligations
- Engaging with stakeholders, contractors and clients to achieve successful project outcomes

About You

- Degree-qualified in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or Structural Engineering
- Experience delivering engineering projects within Infrastructure, Water, Defence, Resources sectors
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Chartered status or progress towards professional accreditation is highly regarded

Qualifications

- Bachelor of Engineering in your field
- Relevant industry experience aligned to your engineering discipline
- Membership or eligibility for membership with Engineers Australia is desirable
- Australian Citizenship is preferred and will be required for Defence-related work.
