99aupairs is looking for a high-performing Sales & Client Growth Specialist with proven experience in high-value service sales and strong closing ability. You’ll work with warm inbound leads while also creating outbound opportunities, guiding families through a consultative sales process and confidently converting qualified prospects into clients.

- Conduct high-trust sales consultations with families
- Close high-value service sales confidently and consistently
- Convert warm inbound enquiries into paying clients
- Proactively generate and close outbound opportunities
- Uncover family needs and position the right solution
- Handle objections and follow up effectively to move prospects to a decision
- Manage your pipeline and activities through Zoho CRM
- Consistently achieve conversion, close and revenue targets

About You

- 2+ years' proven sales experience
- Strong experience selling high-value / high-ticket services
- Proven closing and objection-handling skills




- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Confident selling via phone and Zoom consultations
- Comfortable with both inbound and outbound sales
- Robust follow-up and pipeline management
- Self-motivated, commercially driven and accountable for results
- CRM experience preferred
- Family services, recruitment, NDIS or care-sector experience is a bonus

Earnings & Role Details

Location: Australia – Remote / Flexible

Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time, Monday–Friday

Remuneration: Base + uncapped commission

Earning potential: 79.4k OTE – Inbound Sales 93.8k OTE – Outbound Sales

Uncapped commission, with higher earning potential for strong performers achieving 9–12+ closes
