Life Without Barriers Geelong is seeking two experienced Therapeutic Residential Care House Managers to lead a home for young people. You will mentor a team of residential workers, apply a trauma-informed approach, and ensure a secure, supportive environment.

This permanent full-time role emphasizes crisis intervention, strong collaboration with services, roster management, and ongoing learning. Eligible candidates will have Child, Youth and Family Intervention qualifications and Senior First Aid.
