Liquid & Larder’s venue at Bistecca in Sydney is seeking an experienced Venue Manager to drive day-to-day operations and long-term success. You’ll own the floor, partner with the Head Chef, and shape the dining room to reflect the theatre of our butcher’s block and open hearth.
You’ll lead the floor team, recruit and train staff, and ensure consistent service, pacing, and guest hospitality in a fast-paced, warm setting.
