RAC Albany Member Service Centre is seeking an exceptional Member Solutions Lead to support the manager and lead the branch in a full time, permanent capacity. You will work with the Team Manager to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key duties include managing member enquiries in person or via phone/email, building relationships, promoting RAC products, and coaching team members to achieve strong service levels and sales.
