BlueCare Brisbane is seeking an Allied Health Exercise Physiologist Lead to shape and lead a high-quality Exercise Physiology service across Queensland. You will partner with the Allied Health Manager to provide strategic clinical and operational leadership.

You will lead a geographically dispersed team, drive standards, supervision, development and ensure sustainable service delivery while balancing clinical excellence with operational and financial outcomes. Willingness to travel required.
