PTC Phone Tech & Comm is seeking a Part time team member who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment to support customer service, sales and device repairs in Belconnen and Woden. You will receive training in basic mobile repairs, assist customers with product recommendations, diagnose and repair devices when needed, and help manage repair queues while keeping work areas safe and organised.

A friendly attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work at least one weekend day will help
