Kindra is seeking a Client Experience Manager to own the customer journey across CX, sales and operations. You will be the primary contact for prospective and existing clients, handling inbound sales calls and conducting both phone and in-person consultations with Kindra’s premium clientele.
You will manage 300–400 client journeys annually, guiding each client from enquiry to delivery and installation. The role offers autonomy, growth, and a chance to shape processes for scale.
