Veteran Healthcare is seeking an experienced Practice & Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our growing veteran healthcare service.
The role requires direct experience with DVA patients, a solid understanding of the end-to-end patient journey, and expertise in DVA applications, approvals and claiming processes.
You will own practice operations, patient services and team performance, while driving continual improvements to systems, processes and patient experience.
