- Managemultiplefitoutprojectssimultaneouslyacrossretail,hospitalityandcommercialsectors,fromcommissioningthroughtoqualityhandover
- Developdetailedprojectplans,programsandbudgets;deliverontimeandwithinfinancialtargets
- Coordinatein-housejoinerymanufacturingscheduleswiththeGoldCoastworkshopteam
- Scheduleandmanagealltradesonsite:electrical,plumbing,tiling,plastering,painting,concretecuttingandstructuralworks
- Conductregularsitevisitsincludingnightworksandshoppingcentreenvironments
- Managevariations,designchangesandunforeseensiteconditionswithasolutions-firstapproach–weworkproblemsout,wedon’twalkawayfromthem
- DelivertoHallmarc’squalitystandardswithdefect-freehandoverseverytime

Compliance&Safety;

- Ensurecompliancewithbuildingcodes,AustralianStandards,andshoppingcentre/landlordrequirements(white/redcards,accessprotocols)
