ALH Hotels is recruiting a Data Scientist - Workforce Planning to drive demand-based staffing across Australia's largest hospitality network. You will model labour needs, link demand to rosters, and partner with the BEX team to build robust forecasting capabilities.

Your work will enable Publicans and Area Managers to schedule the right team at the right time, balancing sales opportunities with cost efficiency and guest experience.
