Brightstar Resources is seeking a Safety Training Partner for the Laverton Processing Facility project. The role operates on an 8/6 roster and reports to the Group Health & Safety Manager, providing frontline construction safety leadership and emergency response capability.

You will coach supervisors and workers, support stop-work authority, and help implement the Construction Safety Management Plan across the project while promoting hazard identification and risk reduction.
