The Talent Initiative is partnering with a leading energy utility on a major Retail Transformation and we’re looking for two more experienced Business Analysts to join the program.

The Work

You’ll play a key role across multiple domains, including:

- Connections
- Payments
- Finance

You don’t need to be a unicorn in every area, but you must be comfortable operating in large, complex utilities or similar operational environments.

You’ll Be Doing Things Like:

- Working closely with the Retail Transformation team to shape and deliver solutions
- Engaging stakeholders across Billing, Connections, Payments, Affordability and Finance
- Analysing processes, gathering and documenting requirements, and supporting delivery teams
- Bringing a pragmatic, solutions-focused mindset to a fast-moving environment

You’ll Bring:





- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in utilities or large-scale operations
- Confidence working across multiple domains and shifting priorities
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience in Billing, Payments, Connections, Affordability or Finance (highly regarded)
