Monash University’s Faculty of Science, School of Physics and Astronomy, invites applications for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow to study electronic properties of 2D materials and quantum heterostructures. You will perform growth by MBE, exfoliation/stacking, fabricate devices, and carry out low-temperature transport measurements, contributing to high-impact publications.

You will mentor PhD and honours students and collaborate across facilities including Melbourne Centre for Nanofabrication,
