Whatyou'llbe responsible for:

You’llbe joining our HR and WHS Advisory team-the engine room of ourorganisation-delivering trusted, practical guidance to businesses across Australia and New Zealand.Here'swhat your days will look like:

- Own complex grievances,investigationsand terminationmattersfor our top-tier clients
- Provide robust, commercially focused workplace relations advice that mitigates legal and reputational risk
- Prepare claim responses (e.g.FWC matters) and coordinate conciliation documentation
- Deliver client training, webinars andfacilitateimplementation meetings
- Act as a trusted advisor within significant client accounts, spotting where else we can add value
- Maintain rigorous case documentation and milestone tracking

- Advanced award literacy and confidence classifying roles and confirming pay compliance
- Proven experience managing complex ER/IR cases end-to-end, with sound judgement on risk and escalation

- Structured written analysis with clear, implementable recommendations
