First State Auctions is seeking an experienced CRM Specialist to own our CRM program, driving customer engagement, loyalty and conversion across buyers and vendors.

You'll build automations and customer journeys, segment audiences using behavioural data, run tests to lift registrations, bidding activity and repeat purchases, and work closely with marketing to optimise lifecycle communications for a growing luxury brand.
