The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) seeks an APS6 National Contact Centre Auslan Service Officer Team Leader to lead a Deaf-friendly NCC team delivering accessible video-supported NDIA services. The role requires Auslan fluency, live video communication skills and strong people leadership across a energetic shift pattern.

You will oversee up to 15 officers, drive performance, coach staff, and manage escalations while ensuring privacy and quality standards in a hybrid work arrangement.
