Acacia Communities is seeking a senior operations leader to bring current community housing developments into operation across Sydney. You will bridge development, asset management and operations to ensure readiness from handover to ongoing management.
With around 1,000 homes planned over the next two years, you will design scalable transition processes, lead stakeholder collaboration with Bridge Housing and internal teams, and fix gaps in systems and processes to improve efficiency.
