LDK Seniors Living is seeking a hands-on maintenance leader for The Landings in North Turramurra, NSW. You will manage maintenance, gardens and cleaning teams, coordinate contractors and ensure preventative maintenance, compliance and secure operations with minimal disruption to residents.
You will regularly be on-site, inspect work, resolve issues, develop asset management plans, and drive improvements across property, services and amenities, upholding the highest standards and the LD K values.
