NDIA is seeking an APS6 National Contact Centre Auslan Service Officer Team Leader to lead a team delivering Auslan-based, participant-first support via video. Your role will involve guiding up to 15 officers and ensuring high-quality service for Deaf and hard-of-hearing participants.

The position requires fluency in Auslan, real-time communication via video and prior team-lead experience in a complex contact centre.
