ADRA Australia is seeking an experienced Op Shop Development Manager to drive strategic growth and sustainability of ADRA’s Op Shops nationwide. The role leads current shop establishment, develops a multi-year expansion strategy, and steers performance and compliance across the network.
You will guide staff and volunteers, oversee budgeting and risk management, and use data to inform decisions for ongoing impact. Regular travel across Australia is required to support and establish shops.
